Applications and submitted content
When you submit an application, test task, portfolio link, message or file, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submissions may be reviewed, stored and used for hiring, evaluation, communication and team operation purposes.

Authorised users are responsible for keeping login details secure and using the system only for approved business purposes. Any suspected unauthorised access, data issue or security problem should be reported immediately.
Operational records
The software may store editor profiles, assignments, resources, brand information, SOP records, payment/admin records, reports and communication details. These records are used to run the creative workflow and may be updated by authorised administrators.
